My girls love this recipe and eat all of it each time I make it!
9 Russet pototos
3 T or so of unsweetened almond milk (for the mashed potatoes)
1 can Corn (drained)
1 can Cream of mushroom soup
1 lb of meat (ground burger or ground turkey)
** Optional: we leave out cheese due to allergies but you can add cheddar cheese to the top!
Peel and cook potatoes. Whip mashed potatoes... add the almond milk and garlic salt until creamy.
Cook meat and drain. Add corn and cream of mushroom to meat mixture.
Layer with mashed potatoes on the bottom of an 81/2 by 11 pyrex and then add meat, soup, corn mixture on top.
Bake at 350 for 25min. **Add cheese and bake for additonal 5 minutes or until cooked through! E
